I view my role as drawing on my understanding of mind–body connections, neuroscience, and the relationship between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to help reduce suffering and foster a greater sense of meaning and purpose. I practice from a Whole Health perspective, considering the many factors that influence your mental health and well-being as it evolves. I hope to help you cultivate your inner resources to heal, to be, and to live with greater ease and self-compassion.

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, working alongside my patients every step of the way. I integrate techniques from several evidence-based approaches to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the body’s physiological responses are connected. Together, we’ll mindfully explore your personal history, values, past experiences, relationships, and behavior patterns to uncover how they may be influencing your daily life.
Therapy with me is reflective, supportive, and empowering. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply understood, encouraged, and able to truly exhale. I bring a warm and grounding presence to each session, helping you approach growth and deepen self-understanding with honesty, curiosity, vulnerability, and self-compassion.
