National Domestic Violence Hotline 

The National Domestic Violence Hotline is a resource to those being impacted by relationship abuse. You can call 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) to text or chat.

National Disaster Distress Helpline

 

Free and multilingual disaster crisis counseling for those experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disasters.  This service is available 24/7, every day of the year.  Call 1-800-985-5990.
